Refund and Cancellation Policy

Divine Decor Finds provides personalized virtual interior styling services, including The Calm Space Audit and The One-Room Sanctuary Refresh. Because these services involve customized creative work and digital deliverables, physical returns are not applicable.
Cancellations Before Work Begins
Clients may request a full refund if they cancel their purchase before Divine Decor Finds has begun working on their personalized design assessment.
Work begins when we start reviewing a client’s submitted questionnaire and photographs or preparing individualized design recommendations.
Cancellations After Work Begins
If a cancellation is requested after design work has begun but before the completed report has been delivered, a partial refund may be available based on the portion of the service already completed.
Any applicable deduction will reflect work actually performed, and the refund calculation will be explained to the client.
Completed Services
Once a personalized design report has been completed and delivered electronically, change-of-mind cancellations are generally not eligible for refunds.
This does not affect any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Service Delivery Issues
If Divine Decor Finds is unable to provide a purchased service, the client will receive a refund for the undelivered service.
If a deliverable is missing or materially differs from the service purchased, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate correction or refund, consistent with applicable law.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Clients may submit cancellation or refund requests by emailing hello@divinedecorfinds.com with their name, order number, and a brief explanation of their request.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Applicable Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
